Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review Closing Disclosure and required and funding documents for accuracy
• Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents

Qualifications Include:

• Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines
• Ability to work in a “High Volume" environment
• Great work ethic
• Type 45 words per minute
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Mortgage Closings preparing closing packages and funding loans
