Job Summary
A mortgage lending company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Auditing, compiling and assembling mortgage loan closing documentation promptly and in compliance
- Meeting loan closing deadlines and ensuring accuracy of each mortgage transaction
- Communicating well both verbally and in writing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 year experience as a Mortgage Loan Closer or any position involving processing Initial Disclosures
- Must be computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
