Job Summary
A process transformation company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer.
Must be able to:
- Close and fund all loan transactions that have received final approval from the investor
- Coordinate with teams to set up closing date and time
- Review files received from processing thoroughly to check if all documents needed for closing
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED
- Should have good computer handling skills, well versed with keyboard shortcuts
- Strong analytical skills and experience with mortgage rates
- Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications
- Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented, organized and prompt
- Must have strong computer skills and proficiency with loan industry software
