Job Summary

A banking institution is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing documents required for closing a loan
• Analyzing LE and CD disclosures for the purposes of RESPA, TRID, and TILA
• Investigating and resolving loan issues while dealing with others internal and external

Required Skills:

• 1 to 2 years training in Residential Mortgage Lending
• 1-2 years of closing, funding or similar mortgage banking background
• Experience with closing Conventional, FHA and/or VA products
• Knowledge of current compliance changes to Reg Z, Respa, GFE and MDIA
• Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards
• Ability to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
