Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to Mortgage Loan Processing through document preparation
- Preparing legal, regulatory and custom closing documentation
- Reviewing loan documentation prior to sending documents to closing agents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to furnish on-site training to new Retail Loan Closers
- Associates Degree and/or Bachelors degree required
- 3-5 Years loan documentation experience
- Strong working knowledge of applicable lending practices
- Advanced understanding and ability to apply processing procedures and processes
- Excellent PC skills
