Job Summary

A mortgage insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer in Denver.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conduct a review all loan files being prepared for closing for completeness and adherence to guidelines
  • Manage daily pipeline of loans
  • Submit complete, accurate files for an efficient closing process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of conforming loan programs and agency guidelines
  • Must know how to review Closing Disclosures and familiarity with Encompass is a plus
  • Knowledge of Federal mortgage compliance origination regulations is required
