A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closer in Maitland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing of title, hazard, taxes, and all pertinent compliance documents
• Drawing closing documents and HUD compliance approval prior to funding
• Preparing, balancing, and disclosing all initial and corresponding Closing Disclosures

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years Mortgage Closing experience (Government and Agency)
• Knowledge of regulations pertaining to the closing process
• Excellent communication and follow up skills
• Encompass LOS experience
