Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Closing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing the Closing/Post Closing functions and teams
- Developing/enhancing policies, procedures, KPIs and SLAs as required
- Ensure applicable policies, procedures, KPIs and SLAs are managed to and met
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/ GED or equivalent work experience
- 5 years experience as a Residential Mortgage Closer processing FHA, FNMA and FHLMC closings
- Experience in managing teams to achieve results and operate in a fast paced environment
- Detailed knowledge of compliance requirements applicable to residential mortgage originations
- Detailed knowledge of Encompass and Maven
