Job Summary
A mortgage company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Compliance and Analytics Subject Matter Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing enhancement requests, identifying root causes of issues and/or potential areas of improvement
- Analyzing current and future optimized business process models that accurately reflect user workflows
- Maintaining partnership relationship with development teams to meet business needs and demands
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry in a compliance capacity (preferred) or a direct line of business role
- Demonstrated experience with Encompass
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing creative solutions to meet needs of business
- Demonstrated experience thinking critically to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions
- Demonstrated experience discussing complex business and technology issues with technical and non-technical business users
