Job Summary
A home loan company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling and tracking of closing dates, contingency dates and loan lock expirations
- Reviewing loan approvals and addressing all conditions required for underwriting and closing
- Scheduling and tracking of closing dates, contingency dates and loan lock expirations
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong listening, problem solving skills and out of box thinking
- Must have 3+ years of processing experience
- Jumbo loan experience
- Experience using Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector
- Excellent disposition, mindset, communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines
