Job Summary

A mortgage lender and financer has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Assist Loan Officer in preparing preliminary loan packages
  • Utilize information gathered by the Mortgage Loan Originator to prequalify customers
  • Work with appraisers to obtain official appraisal

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma or equivalency degree
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data
  • Demonstrated experience making solid business decisions with available information
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products including 10 key
  • Understanding of conventional, government (FHA/VA), and Jumbo loan requirements
  • Understanding of state and federal real estate lending regulations
