Job Summary

A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Funder.

Must be able to:

  • Review new signed loan documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Direct Escrow Officers on breaking down borrower's closing costs and seller credits
  • Review and sign off closing conditions including insurance information

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-4 years previous experience in the mortgage industry
  • Experience with Encompass
  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent work experiences
  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
