Job Summary
A regional bank and financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Funder in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare all loan documents and escrow instructions on all loans as required
- Review the file for conditions and/or instructions from the Processor
- Verify pricing of loan – Rate, Points, Fees, APR state restrictions
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2+ years residential mortgage loan or accounting experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform financial diagnosis along with creative problem solving
- Ability to work in paperless system environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
