Job Summary
A mortgage company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support buyers and sellers to help make their dreams come true
- Support the borrower virtually from your home office, offering the best customer service and support
- Take the borrower from loan application to closing on their dream home
Position Requirements Include:
- Are actively licensed as a Loan Officer in any state & registered nationally with NMLS
- You are an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer within residential, purchase loans
- You understand debt-to-income ratios and review credit reports daily
- Technology comes easy for you using internal chat systems (we use Slack), Zoom for video-on meetings, and calling borrowers on the phone regularly
- You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, changing, growth organization
- Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team
