Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Utilizing knowledge, training and experience to solicit and promote the company’s loan products.
  • Spending the majority of their time calling on clients and business prospects
  • Analyzing customer circumstances for purchase or refinance, plus their financial background

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience originating mortgage loans
  • Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
  • Ability to meet any and all applicable qualifications and standards required for Loan Officer Licensure under the SAFE Act
  • Spend the majority of your time engaged in business away from the office (including home offices)
  • Expected to close a minimum of 5 loans per quarter
