Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Originating quality FHA, VA and conventional mortgage and home equity loans
  • Managing customers through the entire loan process, from data collection and analysis
  • Collecting and analyzing information regarding customer income, assets, investments and debts

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of current mortgage origination experience with a proven track record of success
  • An active NMLS license
  • Current referral base from Realtors, Financial Planners, Builders, etc
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with current lending regulations
  • Must be self-motivated and have an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
