Job Summary

A real estate technology startup company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing applications, issue pre-approvals and drive-in supporting documents needed to approve loan files
  • Attracting new mortgage loan applications by developing and maintaining business relationships
  • Reviewing borrowers' income, assets, credit, and automated underwriting results and issue pre-approval letters to clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of MLO experience, required
  • NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license, required
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to multitask
  • Experienced in issuing pre-approvals and working through a purchase transaction end to end
  • Knowledge and understanding of state and federal real estate lending regulations
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of conventional, government (FHA/VA), and Jumbo loan requirements, required
