Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant in Tacoma.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Support the Loan Officer in following up on referrals and leads
- Conduct market research and make cold calls to generate new business
- Collect necessary documentation from customers to provide to loan processing team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ months of experience in the mortgage industry
- Ability to track progress of all loans and follow up consistently
- Ability to produce loan viable applications
