A home financing lender needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Determining whether the client is likely to qualify for the desired loan
Assisting customers in choosing the proper program that best fits their needs
Providing guidance on the risks and benefits of the different programs

Position Requirements Include:

1 year of mortgage sales experience as a Loan Officer in a direct to consumer setting
Proven track record of exceptional performance
Experience selling broad range of mortgage products
1 active state licenses or prior work as a mortgage loan originator in a banking call center
Extensive knowledge of all mortgage products
