Job Summary
A home financing lender needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Determining whether the client is likely to qualify for the desired loan
- Assisting customers in choosing the proper program that best fits their needs
- Providing guidance on the risks and benefits of the different programs
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 year of mortgage sales experience as a Loan Officer in a direct to consumer setting
- Proven track record of exceptional performance
- Experience selling broad range of mortgage products
- 1 active state licenses or prior work as a mortgage loan originator in a banking call center
- Extensive knowledge of all mortgage products
