Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer in Nashville.

Must be able to:

• Assist customers in choosing the proper program that best fits their needs and takes the initial loan application
• Analyze applicant information to determine whether the client is likely to qualify for the desired loan program
• Build relationships with both internal and external customers

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of mortgage sales experience as a Loan Officer in a direct to consumer setting
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University preferred
• Proven track record of exceptional performance
• At least 1 active state licenses or prior work as a mortgage loan originator in a banking call center
• 1 or more active state licenses or prior work as a mortgage loan originator in a banking call center
