Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct preliminary underwriting reviews and submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval
- Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process
- Obtain copies of required information for loan applicants
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience as Mortgage Loan Officer
- Strong relationship building skills, solid verbal and written communication skills, effective listening and time management skills
- Must have the ability to take accurate and thorough loan applications that comply with company procedures
