Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer in Sioux City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Utilize knowledge, training and experience to solicit and promote the Company’s loan products
- Spend the majority of their time calling on clients and business prospects
- Generate streams of lead flow from all available sources
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience originating mortgage loans
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
- Expected to close a minimum of 5 loans per quarter
- Ability to determine appropriate interest rate quote to customers
- Ability to apply investor guidelines to specific sales situations
