A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Originator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the lending business as the branch manager for the entire state
- Monitoring the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
- Originating loans for clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have 5x years of experience managing a mortgage team
- Must hold a proper NMLS broker license and be in good standing
- Understand a variety of loans
