Job Summary
A community bank has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Post Closing Senior Auditor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Clear/review exceptions on closed loans
- Provide pipeline management
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 to 3 years mortgage underwriting experience, or equivalent (closing/funding)
- High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Knowledgeable on MS Excel
- Ability to think quickly under pressure
- Must learn quickly and produce under pressure and tight deadlines
