Job Summary
A professional staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processer in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review loan files and determine what documentation is required to meet investor guidelines
- Communicate and respond to internal customers (Loan Consultants, Processing Managers) and external customers (borrowers, 3rd party vendors)
- Utilize pipeline reports to effectively manage loans and prioritize daily workflow
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 3-6+ years of experience in loan processing; Most of that experience with builder loans
- Experience must be within the last 18 months, outside of 18 months will not be considered recent/relevant experience
- Processing experience can be in any industry (not just mortgage) - needs some sort of lending document experience
- Automated Underwriting (DU) experience required
