Job Summary
A a full-service mortgage lender is seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Processing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinate and manage daily work flow requirements
- Communicate to internal staff and sales regarding status, issues or additional requirements
- Ensure all Processors perform to company standard productivity and customer service levels
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years mortgage-related experience
- 3+ years loan closing and funding experience
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation
- Knowledge of FHA and FNMA policies and guidelines
- Familiar with reading and interpreting insurance policies, tax information, prelims, appraisals and settlement statements
