Job Summary

A financial services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processing Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the company’s strong relationship of raving fan service culture
• Ensuring the processing department is providing a high level of customer service
• Managing loan officer relationships with processors and working to resolve escalated issues as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, or Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in management or equivalent experience in mortgage loan processing
• Knowledge of conventional and government lending guidelines and residential mortgage processing
• Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lending
• Self-motivation with strong desire to excel in a competitive environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills
