A holding company of of real estate, investments, and companies has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processing Partner Management Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing daily reporting and make recommendations to increase efficiency
- Coaching the panel on common defects and file-specific issues
- Developing and maintaining communication, training materials and workflow processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years of experience in partner relationship management
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to provide support for audits, technology and payment issues
