Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor with broker experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze loan files across various lending programs
• Review and verify borrower documentation and update the Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Manage deadlines and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience
• Strong experience in manually calculating complex income scenarios
• Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, Jumbo, and state housing programs
• Experience with Encompass software is required
• Recent experience working for a Direct or wholesale mortgage banker
