Job Summary

A full-service mortgage brokerage service is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.

Must be able to:

  • Review residential loan application files
  • Verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards
  • Guarantee on time closing by completing all required pre-closing steps

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3 years residential mortgage loan processing experience
  • Must have High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be experienced in automated underwriting to include Fannie/Freddie (CONV/FHA/VA/RD)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior customer service focus
  • Ability to prioritize in order to meet loan closing deadlines
