Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers
- Gathering information and taking each file from pre-approval to closing
- Inputting proper loan information into the system for processing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in the residential mortgage industry
- 4+ years of experience processing mortgage loans
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Last 12 month pass percent average of 70% or higher
- Knowledge and familiarity with current mortgage and compliance laws and regulations
- Knowledge of Encompass
