Job Summary
A direct lending mortgage bank needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that all loan documentation is complete accurate verified
- Verifying loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance
- Reviewing file documentation and making sure all items needed are requested
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have 3 years minimum loan processing experience
- Ability to order and coordinate loan documents
- Ability to prepare application for submittal to underwriting
