Job Summary

A professional staffing and recruiting agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Work with Loan Officers to ensure timely processing
  • Schedule and track closing dates, contingency dates and other expirations
  • Address all conditions required for underwriting and closing

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years of more of processing experience
  • Experienced with various residential loan products
  • Type 45 words per minute, or better
  • Great work ethic and integrity
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
