Job Summary

A financial services provider has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing initial loan approval and incoming loan documentation and working with borrower to gather appropriate documentation
• Performing welcome calls with borrowers within department timeframes
• Ensuring all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements and changes
• 4 years' previous loan processing experience
• Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology
