Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing daily pipeline of 35 - 40 mortgage applications
  • Submitting complete, accurate files to Underwriting
  • Coordinating loan closings with borrower, settlement agent and any other interested party

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of conforming loan programs and agency guidelines, regulatory and compliance guidelines and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Federal mortgage compliance origination regulations
  • Knowledge of how to run an AUS (LP or DU) and familiarity with Encompass
  • HS Diploma/GED/Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 - 5 Years Technical Work Experience
