Job Summary
A real estate and home development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing loan applications from initial set-up through funding
- Reconciling accounting records to ensure collection of all fees due
- Following-up on closed loan documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Eighteen months experience as a Loan Representative I or II
- Automated processing and closing experience
- Eighteen months of FHA/VA/Conventional loan closing
- Knowledge of Word for Windows and Excel
- Current knowledge of closing and title requirements
- Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines
