Job Summary
A mortgage company is seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.
Must be able to:
- Order the following property and loan documentation
- Take care of all borrower communication, from loan origination to close
- Make sure closing dates and company deadlines are met by following up on loan documentation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Can correctly analyze and interpret income, and asset documents, credit reports
- Experience working in a lender’s environment and using Encompass LOS
- Solid understanding of mortgage loan products and knowledge of mortgage procedures and documentation
- Minimum 2 years mortgage processing experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, and must be organized and have excellent time management skills
