A financial services company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with Loan Officers to ensure timely processing
  • Scheduling and tracking closing dates
  • Mitigating loan pipeline issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience
  • Good understanding of mortgage credit guidelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web based technology
  • Experience with 30 or more loans per month
  • Experienced with various residential loan products
