Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor II in Conshohocken.
Must be able to:
- Ensure the accurate input of information into the LOS
- Confirm that all rates and fees input into the system are accurate
- Collect all underwriting conditions required from the borrower
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a loan processor
- Experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems and in the mortgage industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage banking
