Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor III in El Paso.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Requesting and reviewing borrower documents
  • Reviewing information to satisfy the underwriting requirements in order to bring a mortgage application to closing
  • Following up on credit, title and appraisal issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Have a strong understanding of borrower and lender documents
  • Ability to independently manage loan pipeline to ensure on-time closings
  • Ability to process conventional refinances and purchases. Recommended experience with construction loan processing
  • Remain current on mandatory compliance trainings
