Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor III in Sarasota Springs.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling complex loans
  • Maintaining a personal pipeline and/or overflow pipeline
  • Assisting with processor-related questions and issues

Required Skills:

  • HS Diploma, GED, or Foreign Equivalent
  • 4+ year current mortgage loan processor experience
  • Solid experience working with multiple loan types
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a pipeline of 25-50 loans
  • Strong working knowledge of automated underwriting systems
  • Experience with FHA and VA underwriting guidelines
