A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring timely and independent processing of mortgage loan files
- Proactively communicating loan status with the customer
- Processing loans through underwriting systems and reviewing findings with the underwriter(s) and loan officer
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of loan processing experience
- Must be familiar with loan documents and Document Management Systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and One Drive
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills
