Job Summary
A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Boca Raton.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing all procedures required for efficient and accurate processing of all types of residential loans
- Mailing required disclosures and other regulatory notices within the required timeframes
- Reviewing the loan application and accompanying documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 or more years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience
- Experience processing Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
- Must be able to support Loan Originators to ensure loan applications are administered accurately
