Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Federal Way.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Works with clients to establish their needs and recommend suitable types of loans
- Conducts interviews to assess client eligibility for loans or mortgages
- Collects and prepares all necessary documentation for the loan package
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- First weeks of training will be in-office, but remote work is allowed long term
- A minimum of 4+ years' experience in residential mortgage lending, loan processing, or similar
- Relevant software system proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation
