Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Fort Worth.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing files to determine what documentation is required
- Maintaining current knowledge of guidelines and loan programs
- Performing other related duties as assigned and required
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' recent experience processing FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
- DU/LP, FHA, VA and USDA experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of how to calculate income
- Flexible and able to effectively multitask and juggle priorities
- Organized, with good time and task management ability
