Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling and tracking closing dates, contingency dates and loan lock expirations
- Addressing all conditions required for underwriting and closing
- Preparing and submitting timely and accurate loan files to the Closing Department
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years of processing experience
- Experience using Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector
- Ability to ensure a timely and accurate experience for clients
- Strong listening, problem solving skills and out of box thinking
- Excellent disposition, mindset, communication skills and work ethic
- Ability manage a loan pipeline as well as conduct credit and underwriting analysis
