Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Walnut Creek.
Must be able to:
- Monitor overall lending process and resolve and communicate accordingly
- Order and review all third-party documentation
- Check ratios and verify accuracy of AUS findings and program applicability
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and controls
- Strong experience in processing Conventional and VHA Loans
- Experience processing VA and Bond Mortgage Loans required
- Attention to detail, problem-solver, analytical, and organized
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communications both written and verbal
- 5 years of Loan Processing experience
