Job Summary
A staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor in Waltham.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing of conventional, FHA, VA, and/or Reverse loans
- Entering all data on new loans as received into the computer system
- Printing and mailing initial application disclosures to customer, as required, for new loans
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines
- Must prepare all loans approved for closing by collecting/obtaining all information/documentation
- Must be able to monitor all incoming mail and documents for verification information
- Must be able to order credit report and private mortgage insurance
