Job Summary

A mortgage lender and financer is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Loan Product Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assist with company's product trainings offered to branch network, corporate and product team
• Identify appropriate training methodologies
• Provide answers to all product training and resources questions from the branches

Qualifications Include:

• Solid Knowledge and understanding of help desk environment
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013
• Solid knowledge and understanding of principles of mortgage products
• Solid knowledge and understanding of mortgage lending processes, procedures, and regulations
• Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices
