Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Loan Specialist Processor in Indianapolis.
Must be able to:
- Review document per the Agency checklist requirements
- Audit information to the EDMS verifying the information meets the specific loan type requirements
- Verify information is accurate in Lakewood and in the FHA, VA, and USDA websites
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED and six months related experience and/or training
- Client service delivery results
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Problem resolution
